6 weeks to the day, my test waiver finally arrives. You’ll forgive me for blurring the details. True to the email update I got from MSS, it arrived the first week the DMV started issuing them for ’09.

Man, what a wait. It’s Saturday, which means I can’t take this to the DMV to get my full license until Monday, but I’m going to take the risk and head off to Vespa Brooklyn with this in hand and hope the cops are spending the day at Dunkin’ Donuts. I’ve waited long enough.
