Local scooterist, DJ killed on Williamsburg Bridge
Sadly, at around 4pm yesterday toward the Manhattan side of the Williamsburg bridge local NYC Scooterist and respected Drum and Bass DJ Josh Link was hit by a car in a fatal accident while riding his vintage Vespa.
Details are still sketchy at this point, and a full report is pending but the eyewitness accounts suggest that Josh’s bike stalled on the bridge with a car following close behind swerving to avoid him but the one behind that hitting him. Josh was confirmed dead at the scene.
Our hearts go out to Josh’s family, friends and fans at this time.
Gothamist has the story.
