Thanks to the Scooter Scoop for this, er, scoop. We reported on this a few weeks back. The Science Channel’s “How It’s Made” show Vespa edition.

Well, thanks to YouTube user peterscooterlife, if you missed the chance to see the show on air, you can now see it on the web. It’s nice to see how much is still done by hand, including the paintwork, if you can stand the back-ground music:

    the video makes is not actually of an LX150 but a mix between mostly shots of a GTS Super and the a random shot with the 150 engine.. which makes no sense.. the LX’s aren’t liquid cooled nor do they come with 12 inch rims. and the bike they are putting together is obviously a GTS Super

    actually just looking at the video again.. i dont’ think the engine is even the 150! i think it’s actually the gts engine.. whomever wrote the dialogue just didn’t do their friggin research!
