$900 bags you a Stella from a Carroll Gardens seller, with a couple of upgrades. What it doesn’t bag you is a reliable electrical harness. But it sounds like a short visit to a mechanic will iron out the gremlins and then for around a grand you’ve gotten yourself one hell of a bargain on a scoot.
