Suzuki introduces fuel cell scooter
We’re late to the table on this new story that has been doing the rounds the past couple of weeks since debuting at the Tokyo motor show, but given that Wired.com now has a nice summary of everything you need to know about the upcoming Suzuki Burgman hydrogen fuel cell powered scooter it’s time to dish.
As Wired points out, what makes the Burgman stand out is its closeness to an actual production bike. All to often concept scooters (and cars) are just that and are so removed from reality that it’s hard to raise an eyebrow when they’re announced.
In the case of the fuel-cell Burgman, we have a scooter that has been purposefully designed to be mass-production friendly and hopefully consumer-friendly pricing.
Head on over to wired.com’s article for the full scoop.
