I can’t believe we haven’t posted this before, but we’re posting it now before the ’09 riding season is over for good. Scooter-news.com has a great review of the Stella, Chicago’s re-badging of the Indian LML Star, the sister bike to a P-series Vespa.

It’s a great introduction for anyone currently a twist-n-go rider who’s considering the pros and cons of moving onto (back to) a more traditional 2 stroke, manual shift scooter that benefits from some modern upgrades, namely a front disc brake and 12V electrical.

If you can overlook the rough audio that accompanies the riding sections, the video review also provides a great introduction to the pleasure of riding a traditional 2T scoot. It also gives you a chance to hear that beautiful two stroke engine. You can practically smell the oil/gas mix while watching the video.

Head on over to Scooter-news.com to read and watch the review.
