Mitterrand in scooter wipe-out
Riding a scooter over black ice is a risky prospect no matter whether you’re a regular Joe or a public figure.
French culture minister, Frederic Mitterrand took a spill near the Quai d’Orsay in Paris on his way home from work on January 2nd.
Frederic who fractured his shoulder in the crash is the nephew of former French president Francois Mitterrand.
