During my recent spill on the PX, the throttle-side hand grip took a beating, with the metal handlebar puncturing through the rubber grip. But how do you replace these bad boys? They’re held on there with the strength of a thousand gorillas, and on top of that you need to ensure that any new ones you add grip similarly.

Fortunately US vintage spares dealer Scooter Mercato has a handy YouTube video detailing the operation:
