Friday night, Queens. Jiangiu Chen, 52 a delivery scooterist was struck and killed on the Westbound Long Island Expressway by a 2004 Ford Explorer SUV.

The SUV driver, Richard Contreras allegedly left the scene of the crime but was quickly swooped up by the NYPD shortly after the incident. Contreras was charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, vehicular manslaughter, leaving the scene of an accident and driving while intoxicated.
