I finally close the deal and make the purchase of my Vespa VNB, and in the process get to see a fantastic collection of vintage scoots.

So, I have decided to get a scooter. That part was easy. Now comes the tough part. A search for the perfect scooter, one that fits my needs, and ultimately, my personality.

Two weeks after completing a three month rebuild, the PX needs a little TLC. Riding home in the worst possible conditions late on Sunday evening – dark, with high winds, rain, and heavy traffic – I took a spill.

In short, earlier this week, I lost my license plate. I’ve been using industrial Velcro for the past four months to pull the plate easily whenever I parked. During that time the Velcro has lost its strength.
