MSNBC has published a particularly helpful and succinct top ten tips squarely aimed at those of you considering the move to two wheels as part of your daily commute, and therefore do a nice job of framing the issues faced by the urban scooterist.

Last year, NPR posted a great article for the potential scooterist looking to buy. But for our money, the most helpful part of the article was the section on matching a scooter to the rider’s height, something that doesn’t get discussed as much as it should.
